Brannon Builders, Inc., located in northern Spartanburg, has been in business for over 60 years. Mr. Ed Brannon started the company in 1940 with the commitment to achieve a balance of quality craftsmanship and solid relationships in his community with his customers, sub-contractors and vendors. These relationships have earned Brannon Builders, Inc. a reputation for reliability that continues today, some 67 years later, under the leadership of Ed's son, Jim Brannon.
Our management team includes five vital members: Jim Brannon, Paula Brannon, Jim Brady, John Clements and Monica Gossett.
Jim Brannon, President, is responsible for customer contact, scheduling subcontractors, and overseeing jobs from the beginning until the trim stage of the home.
Paula Brannon, Secretary/Treasurer and wife of Jim Brannon, handles the financial side of the business, assisting clients witht the loan process and overseeing all the financial and budgeting for Brannon Builders, Inc. Paula is also the Broker-In-Charge of Brannon Real Estate, the company formed to compliment the contstruction business and assist clients who have a house to sell while building a new one.
Jim Brady, Sales and Estimating, is responsible for initial client contact, scheduling projects from the trim stage to completion, researching consumer products and helping make sure customers have the knowledge to make the decisions necessary to complete their home with all their preferences.
John Clements, Project Manager, has been with Brannon Builders, Inc. for over 20 years and has many roles in the exterior portion of the business. John makes sure the jobs stay on schedule and things are done properly.
Monica Gossett, Office Manager, oversees all the activities in the office and is responsible for the accounts receivable and payable. Monica also has her real estate license and helps Paula in the real estate side of the business.
We are a close-knit team and take our responsibilities seriously so that we may accomplish the same goal - to build a quality home for each client and to make sure the building process is as stress free as possible.
